Kyungwoo Systech Unveils New Product Lineup

for Software-Defined Construction Machinery

Next-Generation Construction Equipment Electronics Solutions

Powered by Advanced AI and Connectivity Technologies

Kyungwoo Systech, a leader in electronics systems for construction equipment and industrial vehicles,

introduced its next-generation electronics solution, KLION,

at the 12th Korea International Construction Equipment Exhibition, CONEX KOREA 2024.

Founded in 1999, Kyungwoo Systech developed Korea’s first digital cluster for construction equipment and industrial vehicles

and has since provided various electronics solutions, including hydraulic control systems, entry-start systems,

and Vision AI-based safety systems. Known for its durable, reliable products, the company has built long-term partnerships

with leading Korean construction machinery manufacturers.

To lead the Software Defined Off-highway Vehicle (SDoV) era, Kyungwoo Systech is driving the KLION project,

focused on creating essential electronics solutions that integrate software, connectivity, and AI.

The company showcased the debut of the KLION Alpha-series and Zeta-series clusters at the CONEX 2024.

The digital cluster acts as a data integration hub, expected to play a pivotal role as a data gateway in the transition to an SDoV architecture.

The AI-connected KLION Alpha-series cluster integrates with cameras and various sensors for comprehensive environmental awareness,

enabling efficient decision-making through AI data analysis. Connectivity further optimizes vehicle operations and maintenance cycles,

reducing overall operational costs. The cloud connection facilitates data collection and analysis, enabling real-time monitoring and

remote software updates over-the-air (OTA) for continuous improvement.

The KLION Zeta-series cluster, featuring Qt for MCUs, shortens development cycles, making it easy to meet customer requirements.

This product line offers customizable display sizes, UI, and button configurations tailored to

specific vehicles and environments, supporting rapid time-to-market.

Designed for application not only in domestic construction equipment and industrial vehicles but also in overseas heavy equipment,

the KLION project will continue expanding its lineup, including digital clusters, vision systems, and smart key systems, to support the evolution of SDoV.
